Before You Move There is owned and operated by DeMorett Holdings LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate beforeyoumovethere.com, a free neighborhood intelligence service for people researching places to live in the United States. We do not require an account or payment to use the site.

Search and usage data. We collect the neighborhoods, cities, and zip codes you search, pages you view, and basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and IP address.
